This policy explains what personal data ParadTrade Blog processes, why it is processed and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Who is responsible

2. Data we receive

  • technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, request time, requested URLs and security logs;
  • analytics data only in line with your cookie choice;
  • name, email, phone number and referral source when you voluntarily submit a form;
  • language, cookie choice and campaign-attribution parameters when you allow the relevant category.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • site operation, security and abuse prevention — our legitimate interest in providing a secure service;
  • responding to a request and steps before a contract — at your request;
  • analytics and campaign attribution — your consent;
  • legal compliance and the establishment or defence of claims — where required by law.

4. Recipients

Data may be processed by our hosting and security providers, Google Analytics and the ParadTrade CRM, only as needed for the relevant purpose. Form data is sent to the ParadTrade CRM and is not published by the blog.

5. International transfers

Some providers and the company may be located outside your country or the European Economic Area. Where applicable, contractual or other legally recognised safeguards are used. You may request information about relevant safeguards using the contact details above.

6. Retention

  • cookie preference — 180 days;
  • campaign attribution — up to 30 days after consent;
  • analytics user data — within the configured GA4 period and no longer than 14 months;
  • technical logs — only as long as necessary for security and incident investigation;
  • form data — according to ParadTrade retention rules and applicable legal requirements.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.

8. Automated decisions and minors

The blog does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means. The site is not intended for people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Data security

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures, including access controls, component updates, form protection and security-event logging. No method of transmission or storage can provide absolute security.

We may update this document when site functions or requirements change. The current version and its update date will always appear on this page.
